BRAND Modernization : THE King Baudouin Foundation United States

As an independent strategist and designer, I single-handedly revitalized the visual identity of the King Baudouin Foundation United States. Collaborating directly with the foundation's CEO, I acknowledged their desire to appeal to a more diverse, younger demographic without straying from the heart of their established brand.

The existing logo, a symbolic crown, possessed a traditional charm which I carefully modernized without losing its essence.

My strategy was anchored by a vibrant color palette, deliberately chosen for its youthful energy and lively spirit.These contemporary colors complemented the existing logo, effortlessly bridging the foundation's distinguished past with its future.

The transformation wasn't limited to color. I conceived an all-encompassing design system for their print communication materials, infusing a consistently refreshing design language across multiple mediums. This initiative crafted a unique, modern aesthetic, which proved both appealing and identifiable.

The outcome was exceptionally well-received by both the internal teams and the foundation's members, testifying to the success of the strategic and mindful design. This achievement has propelled a thriving partnership with the foundation that has surpassed the five-year milestone.
